What You Will Do

• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow Marriott brand standards and Commonwealth Hotels hotel policies

What We Are Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or hotel experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; hotel property management system experience is a plus
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift to 25 pounds
