What you'll do
You have a natural vocation for hosting, you enjoy close interaction with people, and you make anyone feel welcome from minute one.
You are a meticulous and organized person for whom a misplaced key, a disorganized storage room, or a detail to be checked never goes unnoticed.
You maintain calm and resoluteness when several unforeseen events arise at once, managing priorities with a smile and without losing focus.
You learn quickly to navigate new digital platforms and operational processes so that day-to-day operations run agilely.
You like working side by side in a team, pitching in during event setups or in any task where your colleagues need you.
You will open the reception, ensuring that the entire space is impeccable and in order to start the day, also taking charge of leaving it perfect upon closing.
You will be the first visible face of the space, controlling entries and exits, receiving visitors, and notifying the team of the arrival of suppliers.
You will process access activations and deactivations, manage building cards, resolve in-person or digital queries, and control the stock of consumables and basic materials.
You will manage onboardings by preparing contracts, keys, and welcome packs, as well as giving the initial tour to new coworkers and integrating them into breakfasts and afterworks.
You will coordinate offboardings by scheduling exit appointments to recover keys, deactivate access, and keep records up to date.
You will receive and organize daily parcels, keeping storage areas always organized and under control.
You will support the team in event preparation, designing and printing signage, managing orders, and accrediting attendees at the entrance.
