The Joint Chiropractic is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and dependable Wellness Coordinator to join our team!

This isn't your typical receptionist position. Our Wellness Coordinators are the face of our clinics, creating a welcoming experience for patients while helping them understand their options for ongoing chiropractic care.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, is confident having sales conversations, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you're organized, comfortable multitasking, and enjoy working toward measurable goals, you could be a great fit!

What You'll Be Doing

Patient Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Greet patients warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environment.

• Manage patient check-ins, intake paperwork, payments, and account updates.

• Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist patients with account concerns.

• Keep the clinic organized, clean, and running smoothly throughout the day.

Membership Sales & Patient Retention

• Confidently explain membership and package options following the doctor's recommendations.

• Help patients understand the value of consistent chiropractic care.

• Ask questions, address concerns, and guide patients through purchasing decisions.

• Work toward individual sales and conversion goals while maintaining a positive patient experience.

• Build relationships that encourage patients to continue their care.

Outreach & Follow-Up

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up with leads.

• Reconnect with patients through outreach and retention campaigns.

• Accurately document patient interactions and follow-up activities.

• Support patient referral initiatives, community outreach, and clinic promotions.

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or other customer-facing positions is also valuable.

Chiropractic experience is not required. We provide training!

Schedule & Locations

This is a part-time position, typically 2–3 shifts per week.

Our clinics are located in Venice, North Port, and Port Charlotte, Florida. Applicants must be willing and able to work at all three locations based on scheduling needs.

Clinic Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Availability for occasional Saturday shifts and flexibility to assist with schedule coverage are important.

Compensation & Benefits

Typical Total Earnings: $18–$22 per hour, including base pay and bonuses.

At The Joint Chiropractic, we reward employees who deliver exceptional patient service, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the success of our clinics.

Our compensation structure includes three components:

• Base Hourly Pay: $15.00/hour during the initial 30-day training period.

• 30-Day Pay Increase: Base pay increases to $16.00/hour after 30 days for employees meeting minimum training and performance standards.

• Sales Bonuses: Earn additional compensation through qualifying membership and package sales.

• Performance-Based Bonuses: Additional earning opportunities for meeting established performance expectations.

Our Wellness Coordinators typically earn $18–$22 per hour in total compensation when base pay and bonuses are combined. Actual earnings vary depending on individual performance and qualifying sales. Bonuses are not guaranteed.
