Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

About the Role

Nepal Energies, a leading player in the downstream, midstream, and upstream oil and gas sector, is seeking a Front Desk/Customer Service Officer to receive and professionally welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders while managing front-office operations and maintaining the company's professional corporate image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome clients, visitors, contractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Manage the reception area to reflect a professional corporate image
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Receive and distribute correspondence, documents, and parcels
  • Maintain accurate visitor records and coordinate access per security procedures
  • Notify employees when visitors arrive; coordinate with Security
  • Ensure visitors comply with security, ID, and HSSE requirements
  • Provide basic information and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinate meeting-room bookings and support meeting arrangements
  • Support reception/admin arrangements for management meetings, client visits, and corporate events
  • Maintain accurate front-office documentation and logs
  • Manage courier services and documentation
  • Provide administrative support to Admin and HR functions
  • Monitor front-office stationery and consumables
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Liaise with Security, Facilities, and Administration to resolve front-office issues
  • Escalate complaints, incidents, or emergencies appropriately
  • Support emergency response and evacuation procedures
