Front Desk Officer
Summary
Handles reception duties, visitor management, and administrative support in a corporate environment, primarily using office software and communication tools.
We are seeking a highly organized, courteous, and technology-driven Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and provide exceptional administrative and customer service support.
The successful candidate will serve as the Company's first point of contact, ensuring every visitor and caller receives a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience while supporting administrative operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage visitor registration, access control, and visitor logs in accordance with Company procedures.
Respond to general enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the Company's services.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution.
Maintain accurate electronic records and update administrative databases.
Assist with virtual meeting coordination using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Office Technology and Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of relevant experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
Experience within a financial services, consulting, professional services, or corporate environment will be an added advantage.
