Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the cleaning schedule while holding yourself and the team accountable to Dogtopia’s safety and cleaning standards.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Communicate behavior modification plans and any behavior challenges to Pet Parents.
- Provide excellent customer service and presentation.
- Maintain a neat and organized Front Desk team and area at all times.
- Be a self-starter with VERY STRONG organizational skills.
- Set the example for the team on the 3 S’s — Smile, Story, and Satisfaction — and hold the team accountable to internal and external customer service standards.
- Answer phones, emails, and questions from Pet Parents.

As the Canine Concierge, you are responsible for working with all customers and team members to ensure our customer experience meets the highest standards and delivers exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Must love dogs!
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing
- Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of customers
- Ability to make and take phone calls while continuing to assist customers in the lobby
- Must be comfortable with upselling

Compensation: $17.25 per hour
