ARE YOU THE FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience or comparable hospitality experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coach associates and support staff development
• Ability to manage daily operations and resolve guest concerns
• Commitment to maintaining Marriott brand standards
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable and dependable attendance

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Experience with Marriott systems, including Power of M, is also preferred.

THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE EVERY DAY

As our Front Desk Supervisor, you'll help create the first and last impressions guests have of our hotel. Throughout your day, you'll oversee front desk operations, ensure accurate financial transactions, provide guidance and coaching to team members, address guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, and assist management with daily operational priorities. You'll balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on leadership, helping maintain smooth operations while creating an environment where both guests and employees feel welcomed, valued, and supported. Every shift presents an opportunity to solve problems, build relationships, and contribute to the success of the hotel.

YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. Shifts are primarily:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
