Front-end Creative Developer (Webflow\React)

Project-based (~100 hours, Oct 19–Nov 27) front-end engagement building a 7-page custom website for Lynksen: turning Figma designs into animated Webflow/React pages with GSAP and WebGL (Three.js) wow-effect interactions, collaborating with UI/UX, motion, and 3D teams.
Lynksen specializes in creating stunning, contemporary digital solutions for global clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front-end Creative Developer to bring a 7-page custom website design to life.
You will work closely with our UI/UX design team to build an immersive, "wow-effect" web experience with advanced animations and interactive elements.
⚫️ Requirements:
✦ Strong expertise in Webflow for building scalable, responsive, pixel-perfect layouts;
✦ Hands-on experience with GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie to implement advanced dynamic animations and smooth interactions;
✦ Solid background in React.js (and TypeScript) for custom web components or extended integration;
✦ Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS;
✦ Experience working with WebGL (Three.js) or alternative creative libraries to deliver 3D and "wow-effect" visual performance;
✦ Keen eye for design details and passion for turning Figma layouts into seamless, dynamic user experiences;
✦ Upper-intermediate English level (B2);
✦ Portfolio showcasing creative, animated, or interactive web projects is required;
✦ Excellent communication and time-management skills to hit phase-based milestones.
⚫️ Responsibilities:
✦ Translate Figma designs into high-performing, interactive Webflow pages across two implementation phases;
✦ Build complex web animations, micro-interactions, and visual features using GSAP/WebGL;
✦ Collaborate directly with UI/UX designers, motion designers, and 3D artists;
✦ Ensure dynamic, responsive layouts and optimal page performance across all browsers and devices;
✦ Provide technical feedback on design feasibility before each development sprint starts.
⚫️ Project Details & Engagement:
✦ Start Date: October 19;
✦ Total Scope: ~100 hours (spanning through November 27);
✦ Intensity: Primary focus/load (~60 hours) in late October;
✦ Project Scope: 7-page custom website based on our designs, split into 2 phases:
- Phase 1: 2 most complex, interaction-heavy pages;
- Phase 2: Remaining 5 standard pages;
✦ Future Opportunities: Initial project with strong potential for long-term collaboration/future projects based on performance.
⚫️ Stages:
✦ Interview with HR (30 min);
✦ Test task (no deadline);
✦ Final technical interview (1 hour).
