Front-End Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer to join our team and help us continuously improve and develop our website, awisee.com.

This role is focused on making our website faster, more user-friendly, visually polished, responsive, and effective at converting visitors into leads and customers.

You will work closely with our marketing, growth, and content teams to turn ideas and designs into high-quality web experiences and continuously improve the existing website.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop, maintain, and improve the front end of awisee.com
  
• Implement new website pages, landing pages, sections, and features
  
• Improve existing pages based on user behavior, analytics, and business needs
  
• Ensure the website works smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
  
• Improve website speed, performance, and overall technical quality
  
• Fix front-end bugs, layout issues, broken elements, and cross-browser problems
  
• Improve website navigation, usability, and user experience
  
• Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
  
• Implement conversion-focused elements such as forms, CTAs, pop-ups, lead capture flows, and other interactive components
  
• Work with designers to accurately translate designs into responsive web pages
  
• Improve existing UI components and create reusable front-end components where appropriate
  
• Make ongoing improvements to the website based on A/B testing and conversion-rate optimization initiatives
  
• Ensure proper implementation of tracking, analytics, and marketing pixels when required
  
• Work with SEO and marketing requirements from a technical front-end perspective
  
• Help identify technical and UX improvements that can make the website more effective
  
• Monitor and resolve website issues and continuously improve the overall quality of the site
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer
  
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  
• Experience building responsive websites
  
• Experience working with modern front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus
  
• Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  
• Experience working with existing websites and improving them, not just building websites from scratch
  
• Good eye for design, spacing, typography, and overall user experience
  
• Understanding of website performance and page-speed optimization
  
• Experience with Git/version control
  
• Ability to work with designers, marketers, and non-technical team members
  
• Ability to take a requirement or design and turn it into a polished, functional web experience
  
• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
