Baltic Amadeus client is looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to join the team under a B2B (business-to-business) contract to lead frontend initiatives for a fintech platform. The role focuses on building scalable architectures, driving UI/UX consistency, and mentoring team members while collaborating across engineering and product domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development using React and Next.js across complex features and systems
- Define and maintain frontend architecture and coding standards
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and product teams to align technical solutions
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability across applications
- Review code, guide best practices, and mentor mid-level developers
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Experience with react-hook-form
- Expert-level knowledge of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience designing scalable frontend architecture and CI/CD processes
- Strong understanding of API integration and event-driven interfaces
- Fluent English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Redux, Zustand, or other modern state tools
- Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
- Fintech or high-security project background
- Experience with payment systems and workflows
