About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Middle Front-End Developer to join our web team at nove8. You’ll work with React and TypeScript to build responsive, high-quality user interfaces, collaborating with product stakeholders and backend developers to deliver modern, scalable web applications. We'd love to meet you if you care about clean code, performance, and great user experiences.What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), bundlers like Webpack or Vite, and RESTful APIs
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT) to improve code quality, speed up development, and support problem-solving
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand
- Familiarity with component-based design and reusable UI architecture
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Willingness to stay current with front-end trends and suggest improvements to our stack and workflows
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web interfaces using React and TypeScript
- Implement a responsive, pixel-perfect UI based on design specifications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ideas into intuitive web interfaces
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs
- Optimize web applications for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Review code from peers and help maintain high-quality development standards
- Contribute to front-end architecture decisions and refactor legacy code as needed
- Work closely with product managers and backend developers to ensure timely and seamless delivery
- Use Git and Git-based workflows for version control and collaborative development
Nice to have
- Experience with Strapi, Gatsby, or GraphQL
- Background in integrating payment solutions such as Stripe or PayPal
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with Lottie for implementing animations
- Experience using CSS Modules for styling and component isolation
