Front End Developer

About the role
PreviousNext is looking for an experienced, self motivated front-end developer to join our team.
About you
Excellent communication skills: able to communicate with developers, clients, designers and other non-technical people in both written and oral forms
High degree of self-discipline and professionalism in updating tasks, communicating with the team, and logging time spent
Experience with HTML5, modern CSS and Javascript (ES6+)
Experience with Typescript
Experience with front-end JS frameworks such as React, Vue.js
Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first development
Keen interest in best practice and modern technologies
Experience using Git branching workflows, and pull requests
Ideally 5+ years of working in front-end development
Desirable: Understanding of the WCAG 2.2 standard for Web Accessibility, and experience applying it in practice
Key responsibilities
Participate in Agile ceremonies and online meetings
Communicate with developers, clients, designers and other non-technical people via Slack and project management tools
Travel to client offices for occasional client meetings (expenses covered)
Attend bi-annual company funded summit and team get together
Maintain up to date time logs for billing purposes
