We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join a multidisciplinary design and engineering team focused on delivering innovative and accessible digital experiences.
This role involves building reusable components, contributing to a design system, and collaborating closely with design and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable front-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop reusable and configurable components using React and TypeScript.
- Contribute to the design system through components, documentation, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric solutions.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, including Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Optimize front-end performance and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1).
- Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Maintain source control using Git and follow collaborative workflows.
- 5–7 years of front-end UI development experience.
- Deep knowledge of React and CSS frameworks/processors.
- Experience with unit testing and TDD practices.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Webpack, and NPM libraries.
- Practical understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience with debugging tools and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills and attention to design detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in Agile and cross-functional team environments.
- Experience working in a design system team.
- Familiarity with end-to-end testing and mobile device testing frameworks.
