The Role
Join our product engineering
team and build fast, delightful, reliable web experiences using JavaScript and
React — with real attention to HTML/CSS detail, performance, testing, and
cross-browser support.
Your work directly shapes user
satisfaction, conversion, and trust — because on the web, every millisecond and
every interaction matters.
What You'll Own
● Build reusable UI components and features with
JavaScript (ES6+), React, HTML5, and CSS3.
● Own responsive, mobile-first design across breakpoints
and devices.
● Ensure cross-browser compatibility across Chrome,
Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
● Optimize performance through profiling, code splitting,
memoization, and caching.
● Write unit/component tests and automated browser (E2E)
tests to prevent regressions.
● Debug complex UI issues using DevTools — network,
performance, memory, layout.
● Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
● Build Progressive Web App features — offline support,
caching, service workers.
● Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend to turn
requirements into scalable frontend systems.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
● Strong hands-on experience building production web apps
with React and JavaScript.
● Proven ability to ship responsive UI with high quality
and strong performance.
● Deep (not surface-level) JavaScript, React, HTML, and
CSS fundamentals.
● Strong data structures & algorithms, applied to
frontend performance and correctness.
● Responsive, mobile-first design and modern CSS.
● Practical cross-browser compatibility and
troubleshooting experience.
● Performance optimization with measurable outcomes.
● Unit testing and automated browser testing experience.
● Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals and real-world
optimization.
● Strong DevTools debugging across network, performance,
layout, and memory.
● PWA fundamentals — offline, caching, service workers.
● Practical knowledge of Web APIs.
● Strong ownership, attention to detail, and
communication.
Nice to Have
● TypeScript.
● Accessibility knowledge — semantic HTML, keyboard
navigation, ARIA basics.
● Experience with performance monitoring/analytics and
error tracking in production.
● Interest in rapid, tool-assisted prototyping without
compromising quality.
