Front End Developer - React, RxJS, Typescript, Websockets, EDA

Working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for a Front-End Developer with expertise in React, RxJS, Typescript, Web-sockets and Event Driven Development (EDA) to join a small, collaborative team responsible for building a modern trading application to replace an existing legacy system

Details
Location - London Hybrid - 3 days / week in office
Duration - Initially 6 months with a strong possibility of extension
Rate - £700-£800 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Skills and Experience Required

• Frontend: Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with expertise in React, RxJS, Typescript, Web-sockets and Event Driven Development (EDA)
• Real-Time: Experience with Real-time Data.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface with project stakeholders to gather requirements and build solutions that match business targets.

Nice to have:

• Prior financial services experience (banking or trading)
• Working in financial asset classes
  such as Bond, Swaps or Derivatives
• Working knowledge of complex data structures
• AI experience (Copilot, Codex etc.)
