Front End Developer

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, user-friendly web applications using Next.js/React.

  • Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into clean and efficient code.

  • Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility.

  • Optimize performance for maximum speed and scalability.

  • Implement reusable components, design systems, and best practices in frontend development.

  • Integrate APIs with frontend interfaces and ensure smooth data flow with backend (Django).

  • Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve application performance and user experience.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in frontend development.




Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven frontend development experience (startup/tech product background preferred).

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.

  • Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with backend integration.

  • Understanding of state management (Redux/Context API).

  • Knowledge of performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

  • Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a product-first mindset.

  • Bonus: Experience with SEO optimization in Next.js and working on scalable consumer-facing platforms.
