Front-End Engineer (MID/SENIOR)

You will own and deliver client-facing features from ideation through implementation and rollout. You will mentor and support other engineers and evangelize high-quality software engineering practices. You will identify, evaluate, and define improvements to the solution architecture and product. You will work with data scientists to define and capture data for A/B testing, business insights, and product features. You will participate in establishing the underlying technology and help make pragmatic product and technical decisions. You will scope projects, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and communicate progress and trade-offs clearly.

  • Own and deliver client-facing features
  • Mentor and support other engineers
  • Evangelize high-quality software engineering practices

  • Participate in establishing the underlying technology

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional front-end development experience
  • Exposure to architectural patterns for high-scale web applications (server-driven UI, well-designed APIs, SOA, GraphQL)
  • Experience with modern frontend stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, Cypress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project scoping and project management skills
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: advanced analytical thinking and experience making product decisions based on data and A/B testing
