Front End Supervisor

Lunds & Byerlys Prior Lake is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Part-Time Front End Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a part-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.50 - $21.50 hr.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between Monday - Sunday 6:00am - 10:00pm.
FRONT END SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Front-End Supervisors are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

Greeting and assisting customers
Supervising and assisting front-end operations including:

Scanning items
Entering pricing data
Processing payment
Packaging groceries
Resolving any checkout concerns

Assisting the manager in coaching, training, mentoring, and leading team members to accomplish department and personal goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Licensing Required

Food safety certification or ability to obtain and maintain

Experience

2 or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
Previous supervisory experience desired
Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
