We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. And we have fun doing it.

As a seasonal Front-End Team Member, you’ll be the first and last impression for our Garden + Home customers, keeping the focus on our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
YOUR IMPACT
- Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal
- Own our Evergreen Guarantee™, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience
- Actively circulate and engage customers as a proactive measure against loss prevention
- Maintain an efficient and clean front-end, completing daily opening, closing, and side work checklists
- Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working in retail a plus, but not required
- A reliable people person with a passion for plants
- A communicative team player willing to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks as needed
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
