Front Line Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented professionals to join our Insurance Sales team as Front Line Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets through both Direct and Agency channels. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and understanding customer needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions. You will explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes clearly to potential clients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be crucial to your success in this position. You will also be tasked with achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, supporting agency partners in driving business growth, and ensuring proper KYC, documentation, and timely policy issuance. Additionally, you will provide post-sales support and assist customers with claims to enhance their experience with our services. To be eligible for this role, a minimum qualification of 12th Pass is mandatory, with graduation preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior insurance or field sales experience is an added advantage. Proficiency in local languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) along with basic English communication skills is required. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
