Front Line Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented professionals to join our Insurance Sales team as Front Line Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting our range of insurance products through both Direct and Agency channels. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships. Key responsibilities include generating leads and acquiring new customers, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions, and clearly explaining policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and supporting agency partners in driving business growth. Additionally, you will ensure proper KYC, documentation, and timely policy issuance, while providing post-sales support and assisting customers with claims. To be eligible for this position, candidates must have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass, with graduation preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply, and prior insurance or field sales experience is an added advantage. Proficiency in local languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada) along with basic English communication skills is essential. A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory, and candidates should ideally be up to 43 years of age.
