What are we looking for?

As FRONT-END AND WAREHOUSE MANAGER, you will be responsible for:
●Ensuring the correct execution of the organizational model.
●Leading the team in your charge, performing planning and resource allocation based on the needs of each moment. Carrying out performance evaluations and guaranteeing training.
●Verifying the correct reception of goods and warehouse placement according to the criteria of the organizational model.
●Organizing mass store replenishment to guarantee product availability.
●Organizing the warehouse team, ensuring the order and cleanliness of the warehouses, as well as the correct maintenance of the areas defined in the organizational model.
●Ensuring the improvement of barometer ratios and the action plans implemented for NPS evolution.
●Reviewing key Food processes, establishing priorities, and coordinating teams. Looking after the general state of the store, together with the Director/Manager and the rest of the Management team.
●Guaranteeing the execution of inventories; warehouse preparation, staff organization, and needs.

We would love to meet you if you have:
●University Studies (valuable).
●Knowledge of Operating Accounts (analysis, diagnosis, account balance, action plan design).
●Dynamic Commercial Management (planning, adaptation, commercial plan, signage, labeling, theatricalization).
●Information Systems (Ática, radio frequency, intranet).
●Team Management (labor regulations, training, prevention, development, management, selection).
