Front of House Assistant - Busser/Food Runner ( Part-Time) - Old Town Tequila Factory

Position Summary:

Old Town Tequila Factory is preparing for an exciting relaunch, and we're looking for energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to help us deliver an exceptional dining experience! We're hiring Front of House Assistants to support our dining room, food running, bussing, and hotel room and pool service operations.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and helping create memorable experiences for guests.

What You'll Do:

• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to dining tables, guest rooms, and pool areas.
• Ensure food orders are complete, accurate, and properly presented before delivery.
• Assist servers and bartenders by keeping service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Help provide attentive, friendly service to restaurant and hotel guests.
• Prepare and deliver room and pool service orders, including trays, condiments, and beverages.
• Follow hotel guest privacy, room-entry, and pool safety procedures.
• Assist with applicable payments, room charges, and tray retrieval.
• Communicate effectively with hosts, servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties.

What We're Looking For:

Must obtain a valid unexpired RBS Certification.
A positive attitude and strong willingness to help others.
Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to great guest service.
Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail when delivering food and completing assigned tasks.
Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and carrying service items.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
