Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a warm and service-focused Front of House / Hostess to be the face of Tembusu, responsible for both guest reception and service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with positive energy and genuine hospitality.
Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to guest enquiries.
Seat guests according to designated floor plans and rotation schedules.
Take orders and serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations and confidently upsell specials.
Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
Support daily operations and service flow.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or guest-facing roles, preferably in hospitality.
Friendly, outgoing, and service-focused personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
