Key Responsibilities
Lead Bar Operations — Actively lead bar shifts while supporting the senior leadership team and meeting budgetary goals.
Ordering & Purchasing — Manage all liquor, wine, beer, and non‑alcohol ordering; maintain vendor relationships; ensure accurate par levels.
Inventory Management — Complete weekly inventory counts, track usage, reduce waste, and maintain cost targets.
Guest Experience — Ensure complete guest satisfaction through strong product knowledge, genuine connection, and consistent service standards.
Team Development — Train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar support staff; foster a positive, high‑performance culture.
Cocktail Execution — Uphold recipe accuracy, maintain quality control, and support seasonal menu rollouts.
Compliance & Safety — Ensure adherence to AGLC regulations, safe alcohol service, and all company standards.
Problem Solving — Handle guest concerns, support team morale, and maintain a calm, solutions‑focused approach.
Key Requirements
Previous bartending or bar leadership experience in a full‑service restaurant or bar
Strong hospitality mindset toward both guests and team members
Energetic, positive, and committed to fostering an inclusive environment
Desire to develop and motivate the people around you
ProServe certification required; ProTect an asset
