Duties and responsibilities related to the Front of House Manager

role

· Lead and support the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain Hyatt service standards.

· Oversee the daily operation of Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations and related guest-facing departments.

· Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and ensuring effective service recovery.

· Monitor departmental performance, productivity and key operational metrics to achieve business objectives.

· Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development initiatives across the Front of House division.

· Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Revenue and Reservations teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

· Manage departmental scheduling, resource planning and labour costs in line with business requirements.

· Promote a culture of care, accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About you

We are looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in leading guest-facing teams within a luxury hotel environment. Previous experience in a Front Office management role is essential, along with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be guest-focused, commercially aware and committed to developing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional service standards. Experience working within an international luxury hotel brand would be highly advantageous.
