Spenard Roadhouse is hiring a Front of House Manager!
This role includes evenings and weekends and can be part-time hourly or full-time salaried.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader who keeps service running smoothly while supporting both staff and guests. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and leading a strong FOH team.
We’re a locally owned restaurant known for contemporary comfort food, a fun, eclectic vibe, and a team that takes pride in great hospitality.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years FOH restaurant experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, adaptable, and organized
- Passion for guest experience
- POS/cash handling experience required
- ServSafe or MOA Food Worker Card + TAP Card required
- Must be 21+ years old
