The Role:
We need a high-energy FOH Manager who knows how to run a busy shift without breaking a sweat. You will be the "captain of the ship," managing seating flow, handling guest feedback, overseeing staff scheduling, and jumping in where needed.

The Role:
We need a high-energy FOH Manager who knows how to run a busy shift without breaking a sweat. You will be the "captain of the ship," managing seating flow, handling guest feedback, overseeing staff scheduling, and jumping in where needed.
Who You Are:
- 1+ years in restaurant management (hospitality or fast-casual).
- Unmatched floor presence; you love engaging with guests and hyping up your team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot when the rush hits.
- Hands-on leader—you aren't afraid to run food, bus a table, or pour a beer.
- An empowering leader who believes in coaching rather than commanding.
- You bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the workplace every day.
Other Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
- Must possess basic math skills and be able to operate a cash register and POS system
- Must have basic knowledge of Google Drive and internet navigation
- Must have a current Food Worker card and TAM/TIPS card
- Required to stand for extended periods and may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Frequently lifts up to 40 pounds.
