Summary/Objective

The Front of House Manager - Theatre will have the primary responsibility of training, scheduling, and supervising all Medora Musical front of house staff. They will also ensure excellent customer service and safety while resolving guest problems at the Burning Hills Amphitheatre (BHA), Old Town Hall Theatre and Townsquare Showhall.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff for all front of house positions at the Burning Hills Amphitheater.
• Account for all hours reported on time sheets for front of house employees and verify the
• accuracy of the information reported on weekly timesheets; ensure that timesheets are delivered
• to the accounting staff in accordance with the TRMF policy.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer safety with all guests at the BHA, OTHT, Townsquare Showhall.
• Work in coordination with the Volunteer Programs Director to assign the volunteers to their nightly duties.
• Know the placement of emergency equipment and location of emergency personnel prior to the show.
• Be familiar with BHA safety procedures and protocols.
• Participate in workplace safety meetings.
• Maintain inventory of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Train and supervise all theater operations staff, as well as nightly volunteers.
