Front of House (Server or Hostess)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Accurately and efficiently take and process food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining a positive attitude
• Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest questions or concerns
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout the shift
• Maintain clean and sanitary dining and service areas
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Assist with food preparation and other duties as needed

Skills:

• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and orders
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Good communication to effectively interact with guest and team members
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required

• Lifting: up to 50 lbs, infrequently, 30 lbs frequently
• Standing: Ability to stand greater than 90% of shift
