Front of House Team Member (AM Shift: 5am-2pm OR PM Shift: 2pm-11pm)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with a smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically and communicate clearly
• Make meaningful connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the restaurant’s vision and values
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Follow Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and dress-code standards
• Safely drive to deliver catering orders and transport necessary supplies to off-site events, as assigned
• Assist with loading, unloading, setting up, and organizing catering orders for deliveries and events
• Confirm catering orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time while providing professional and courteous service
• Follow all traffic laws, safe-driving practices, delivery procedures, and food-safety standards while transporting orders
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Able to safely load, transport, and unload catering orders and event supplies
