What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences by:

✅ Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
✅ Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
✅ Answering questions and providing local recommendations
✅ Assisting guests with reservations and future bookings
✅ Posting charges and processing guest transactions accurately
✅ Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care
✅ Communicating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless stay
✅ Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
✅ Following resort policies, procedures, and safety standards
✅ Helping with other projects that contribute to an outstanding guest experience

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent; or relevant work experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent telephone skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance
• Intermediate computer proficiency, with ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
• Hotel front desk experience, a plus
