✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who loves making connections and providing top-notch service to our clients. 💁‍♀️💼

You’ll need to be someone who’s organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have a positive attitude and are excited to learn – we want to hear from you! 🙌

🗣️ Must be bilingual — Spanish is a major plus!

🧠 KEY SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

✨ Amazing communication skills
✨ A calm, clear, and diplomatic approach to resolving customer issues
✨ Empathy and a good ear for understanding others 👂💗
✨ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 📋🗂️
✨ Comfortable working with numbers and basic math ➕➖
✨ Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment 💻🖨️

📌 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

📞 Customer Service: Answer calls, greet visitors, and help customers with their questions and needs
📈 Sales: Help bring in new customers and cross-sell services to existing clients
🗃️ Administration: Input data, prepare reports, and assist the team with daily tasks

🗓️ YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 35+ hours per week.

Our business hours are:
🕘 Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM to 8:45 PM (all afternoons - one morning per weekday)
🕣 Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM (We occasionally host events in the afternoon)
🚫 Sunday: Closed (However, we do host special events on select Sundays, and your availability may be required on those occasions.)

💵 COMPENSATION

Starting at $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience and education
🎉 Benefits kick in after 90 days for full-time employees!
