Front Office Host (On-Call)

The On-Call Front Office Host is responsible for creating exceptional first and last impressions for guests through warm, personalized, and professional service. As the face of Park Hyatt St. Kitts, this highly visible role is responsible for the guest registration and departure process, handling guest inquiries, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for resort services and amenities. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing luxury guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless and personalized check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage guest registrations, room assignments, and room changes accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments, billing requests, and other financial transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide information regarding resort amenities, dining outlets, recreational activities, and local attractions.
- Build meaningful connections with guests through engaging conversation and anticipatory service.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information using hotel management systems.
- Promote resort services, amenities, and special offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, safety, and security standards.
- Support overall Front Office operations and assist with additional duties as assigned.
