The Front Office Manager leads daily front desk, concierge, guest relations, and guest services operations to deliver high luxury standards, optimize room revenue, and drive guest satisfaction.
Daily Operations: Oversee check-in, check-out, concierge, and guest service touchpoints to ensure smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.
Guest Relations & VIP Service: Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and managing VIP arrivals.
Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor Front Office staff to build a high-performing service team.
Financial & Revenue Support: Partner with Revenue Management to optimize occupancy, drive upselling initiatives, and manage front desk cash control and billing.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to ensure room readiness and seamless guest flow.
What Makes You a Great Fit; Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years of Front Office management experience in luxury hotels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera) and guest service software.
- Competencies: Strong leadership, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and high emotional intelligence. Business fluency in English is required.
