Retirement Solutions, located in Provo, UT, is hiring a Front Office Manager. In this highly impactful role, you will own the day-to-day performance, people, organization, and continuous improvement of our Front Office department. This is not a traditional manager-only role. As Front Office Manager, you will lead by example—directly engaging in vital front office functions, collaborating closely with your team, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring both projects and priorities are driven to completion.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, develop, and hold Front Office team members accountable
- Ensure phones, visitors, scheduling, meeting and office readiness, communications, and other Front Office responsibilities are handled accurately and on time
- Maintain a welcoming, professional, consistent client and prospect experience
- Manage Front Office workload, coverage, priorities, delegation, and capacity
- Identify and solve recurring processes, service, communication, and workflow breakdowns
- Improve, simplify, standardize, delegate, automate, or eliminate work where appropriate
- Own Front Office projects and follow them through to completion without requiring repeated leadership follow-up
- Own Front Office scorecard/KPI review, team meetings, one-on-ones, and improvement priorities
- Work effectively across departments while maintaining clear ownership and handoffs
- Make routine Front Office decisions independently and escalate significant issues appropriately
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in people management
- High School Diploma
- Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Possesses exceptional organizational skills, efficiently handling multiple requests while prioritizing time-sensitive tasks
- Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment
- Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
- Collaborative team player willing to assist others
- Excellent communication; written and verbal
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
- Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters
Bonus Points:
- Experience in client-facing operations, office management, service, financial services, healthcare, professional services, retail, or another high-trust environment is preferred

- $70k - $75k/year based on experience

Schedule:
- Onsite: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm
- Occasional evenings required for client events
