The Opportunity

As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for growth, optimizing operations, and enhancing overall business performance. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives and drive growth.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations, and articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You will embrace technology and innovation to improve delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance and support to help clients develop and implement strategies that drive growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop strategic recommendations
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations
- Leading teams in the development and implementation of effective business strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business analysis skills to enhance client outcomes
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies to drive client success
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of marketing and commercial initiatives
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support business transformation efforts
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and strategic solutions across consulting engagements
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within strategic frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in AI-Human Collaboration and AI Fluency
- Utilizing strategic management and strategic planning skills
- Excelling in business process improvement and business transformation
- Conducting competitive analysis and market research effectively
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility
- Developing customer experience (CX) strategy and customer insight

Travel Requirements

Up to 60%

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
