Pulse is a Hyderabad-based AI startup that helps product and CX teams turn scattered customer feedback (from tickets, calls, reviews, social, etc.) into clear, prioritized actions for the product roadmap using agentic AI and LLMs. It basically acts like an “AI co-pilot” for product managers to understand what customers want, which features to build next, and how those decisions will impact retention and revenue
