Frontend Consultants (Developers and Designers)

What we're looking for

• Developer with solid HTML and CSS fundamentals;

React and TypeScript are a significant plus.

Experience building and publishing reusable component libraries (e.g. Storybook).

Comfortable working from designs and guidelines with minimal hand-holding

• Designer with proficiency in Sketch for UI/UX design work and a strong passion for look and feel.

Ability to produce polished showcase materials: demo videos, posters, and Keynote presentations.

Video editing skills are a bonus.

Example of work tasks

• Implement styling changes and UI restructuring across internal web apps — mostly cosmetic updates with minimal functional impact

• Build reusable UI components and maintain a shared component library (Storybook) used across multiple products

• Make existing apps more polished and native-feeling for demos and presentations

• Port and adapt existing web applications using established tooling, surfacing integration blockers for the team

• Designer makes mockups for new macOS and web applications based on problem statements.

As it is a short term assignment, these skills are important, as it is crucial to quick come up to speed and be open to changes in work tasks during these months:

* Learning agility — Willing to pick up new technology, work with legacy code, and

adapt quickly

* Communication — Easy to talk to, take feedback without defensiveness.

* Problem-solving clarity — Explain their thinking, ask clarifying questions

* Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar GenAI tool in day-to-day

work.
