**Key Responsibilities:**
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 4+ years in React Native.
- Strong expertise in React.js, React Native, Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven experience building enterprise mobile applications from scratch and releasing them to production.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns and best practices.
Offline Mobile Application Development
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing offline-first mobile applications.
- Experience with local databases, synchronization frameworks, caching strategies, and background processing.
- Strong understanding of handling network failures, synchronization conflicts, and mobile performance optimization.
State Management & Architecture
- Expertise in Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, MobX, or similar state management frameworks.
- Experience implementing scalable application architecture and reusable design patterns.
- Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, MVVM, or similar architectural approaches.
Backend Integration
- Experience integrating React/React Native applications with RESTful APIs and .NET backend services.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and Azure AD.
Deployment & DevOps
- Experience deploying applications in Windows Server and IIS environments.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and App Services.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management processes.
