Frontend Developer - DeFi
Summary
Build and maintain responsive web interfaces for a DeFi protocol using React or similar frameworks, while collaborating with designers and developers.
Our client is a fast growing Defi protocol that is backed by well known traditional financial institutions and Web3.0 investors
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to create user interfaces and website designs that meet customer and project specifications.
- Work with project managers and designers to ensure that web design and development projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
- Create responsive web designs that are optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes.
- Test and debug web pages and applications to ensure that they are functioning correctly and meeting project requirements.
- Maintain a design system/component library with atomic design principles
- Contribute to design ops best practices, collaboration and usage of design system/component library and streamline design to development handoff
Qualifications
- Must have:
- At least 2+ years of experience in front-end web development
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React17++, Angular, or Vue.
- Candidates experienced in storybook.js or similar tools to manage a front-end component library is a plus.
- Familiar with Figma and technical evaluation of designs in collaboration with designers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies and DeFi protocols such as Ethereum, Solidity, and Uniswap.
- Experience with MongoDB is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
