Our client looking for an experienced Front-End (Angular) Developer to join a leading financial services organisation on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital platforms, building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using modern technologies and engineering best practices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Angular applications.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end components.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and engineering best practices.
Technical Environment
- Angular
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- NestJS (advantageous - training provided on the job)
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 4+ years of commercial Angular development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience within banking or financial services is highly advantageous.
