Description
Qualifications and Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong front-end development experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with Java 11 or higher, RESTful services, JPA, and Hibernate.
Experience with application server configuration and administration, particularly Apache Tomcat.
Knowledge of SSL/TLS configuration, JVM tuning, and JAX-WS web services.
Strong SQL skills, including database schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience with Okta for authentication and identity/access management.
Knowledge of messaging queues, asynchronous processing, and real-time data handling.
Experience with workload and schedule automation tools such as Zena.
Familiarity with SFTP and automated file transfer processes.
Experience in application development, system integration, and production support.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management capabilities.
Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within agreed timelines.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting banking, financial services, or Wealth Management applications.
Familiarity with reconciliation processes, financial data extraction, and reporting tools.
Experience working in a regulated banking environment with established change management and CAB processes.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and secure software development lifecycle.
