Strong hands-on experience with**Python and JavaScript (mandatory)**2. Proven experience building**real-time, high-availability systems**
in high-stakes environments3. Solid understanding of**full-stack development principles**4. Excellent**communication and stakeholder management skills** , with the ability to work directly with technical business users5. Experience translating complex workflows into**intuitive UI/UX solutions****Preferred (Nice to Have)**1. Experience with**C++, Go, or Rust**2. Familiarity with**ClickHouse**
or similar high-performance data systems3. Background in**trading systems, financial services, or other mission-critical environments****Additional Information**1. This role requires**frequent travel** , particularly to the**US and Shanghai** , to collaborate with global stakeholders2.
