Frontend Developer (React) – AWS Platform

As part of our AWS Platform improvement program, we are looking for an experiencedFrontend Developer with strong React expertiseto join our team.

You will play a key role in designing and developing modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications that enhance the capabilities of our cloud platform. You will work closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend components and modules for our AWS Platform usingReact and modern JavaScript technologies.




• Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.




• Translate functional and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.




• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and frontend development best practices.




• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.




• Support the integration and delivery of applications throughCI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.




• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues to ensure reliable application performance in production.




• Contribute to technical discussions and provide input on frontend architecture and development approaches.




• Keep up to date with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional frontend development experience, with at least9 years of overall IT experience.




• Strong proficiency inReact.jsand its ecosystem, including React Hooks and Context API.




• Strong knowledge ofHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.




• Experience with modern frontend build tools such asWebpack, Vite, or ESBuild.




• Proficiency withGitand modern version-control practices.




• Good understanding ofRESTful APIsand integration with backend services.




• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such asJest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.




• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.




• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.




• Diploma or Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working withAWS services, such as S3, CloudFront, Lambda, and API Gateway.




• Familiarity withmicro-frontend architectures, including Module Federation or single-spa.




• Experience with state management libraries such asRedux, Zustand, or MobX.




• Experience with UI/UX design and prototyping tools such asFigma.




• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.




• Experience working inAgile development environmentsand with tools such as Jira.




• Understanding of frontend security best practices, includingXSS and CSRF prevention.




• Experience usingAI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.




• Knowledge ofresponsive web design and accessibility standards.
