Summary
Builds and maintains responsive web applications with React for a Hong Kong company, with a fullstack track adding Node.js APIs or React Native mobile apps. Core stack is JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend tooling (Vite/Webpack), REST APIs, and Git.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React
Collaborate with designers, product managers and backend engineers to deliver user-facing features
Write clean, reusable and well-tested code
Optimise application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
(Full Stack track) Build and maintain backend services / APIs with Node.js, or develop mobile apps with React Native
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant software development experience
Solid hands-on experience with React
Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with modern frontend tooling (e.g. Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Git
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediate availability preferred
Nice to Have
React Native experience
Node.js / Express / NestJS experience
Knowledge of Next.js, Redux / Zustand, or similar state management libraries
Basic understanding of CI/CD and cloud platforms
