Strong React.js fundamentals, including components, custom hooks, and lifecycle methods Hands-on Redux Toolkit experience Experience with Vite or modern front-end build tools Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or ECS Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including data modeling and performance optimization Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, Harness, ROD, or LightSpeed Focus on code quality, code reviews, test coverage, and SonarQube Proficiency with Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket Proven team leadership and mentoring experience Strong Agile/Scrum experience, including sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Candidates must be self-employed and have an active NIP number Будет плюсом: enterprise security/compliance experience, full-stack integration patterns, continuous deployment in hybrid cloud environments
