Frontend Developer – React / Next.js – 3+ Years Experience

Salary: Rp 3,000,000 – Rp 3,500,000 per month

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our fast-paced development team. This role is about taking ownership of your work, working independently, making responsible technical decisions, and delivering high-quality production-ready applications. You should be comfortable taking a feature from development → testing → deployment → production, and be accountable for the quality of what you deliver.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React and Next.js

• Build real-time functionality using Socket.IO and other real-time technologies

• Work across different applications and product domains while maintaining consistent code quality and engineering standards

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and projects, from implementation through testing, deployment, and production support

• Deploy and maintain frontend applications using platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud environments

• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bugs efficiently

• Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code with a strong focus on reliability and performance

• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver complete features

• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, debugging, research, and iteration

About you

• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience

• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js

• Hands-on experience with Socket.IO and real-time application development

• Proven experience deploying applications to production

• Ability to independently take ownership of tasks and responsibilities without requiring constant supervision

• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for the quality of your work

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong commitment to delivering stable, production-quality software with minimal bugs and errors

• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues, progress, and blockers

• Strong familiarity with AI-assisted software development and practical experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other AI coding and development tools
