About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to build responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You’ll work closely with backend developers, product teams, and leadership to create seamless user experiences and contribute to real-world product development.

What You'll Do

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JSP.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with real-time data and application workflows where required.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX teams, and product stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI, performance, and integration issues.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend development practices.
• Work with Git/version control and follow development best practices.

Must Have

• 4+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git/version control and modern development workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with WebSockets.
• Hands-on experience building real-time applications.
• Experience with real-time dashboards, live updates, notifications, chat, or similar systems.
• Experience with JSP or working with existing/legacy applications.
• Familiarity with Java/Spring Boot or backend technologies.
• Experience working in a product/startup environment.
