As a Front-End Developer (UI/UX Integrator), you will transform UI/UX designs into high-quality, production-ready applications while continuously improving the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the UI/UX designer: bring your technical perspective to improve navigation flows, interaction patterns, and overall experience before a design is finalized
Implement Figma designs into production-quality front-end code across all Balimmo products: 3 websites, 2 mobile apps, 3 internal tools
Build and maintain a unified design system — components, tokens, states — that works consistently across all platforms
Integrate front-end work with back-end developers: handle API connections, loading states, error handling, and real data rendering
Optimize existing interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience minimal 3 years.
Ability to communicate in English.
Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Figma, design systems and mobil (bonus).
