Frontend Developer (Vue3)

About the role
We are looking for the new star signing for our team as a Frontend Developer (Vue)
We are Sesame HR, the digital solution that helps Human Resources teams, managers, and companies optimize personnel management processes by centralizing them in a single platform.
What you'll do
You will contribute to building the top HR tool.
You will work with the latest technologies and a constantly updated tech stack.
You will collaborate hand in hand with a young and proactive team.
You will be part of an environment with an agile and well-structured methodology, allowing you to flow efficiently in every project.
You will work with Vite, Vue, TailwindCSS.
You will use and create established components through a Design System developed by the design team.
Your code will be reviewed via pull request to obtain clean code adapted to the project.
What we're looking for
At a technical level 💻 it is indispensable that you have:
At least 3 years of experience working with Javascript frameworks, especially Vue (knowledge of React or Angular is valued)
At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Ability to work proficiently with version control using Git.
Ability to create custom functionalities and components without using third-party libraries.
Knowledge of componentization, animations, and responsive design.
You have knowledge of unit testing for JavaScript and test integration.
Ease and interest in learning new things, as well as a vital need to improve things and question the current state of the tool and its code.
Ability to adapt to changes. We are a startup so... you can expect quite a few curves!
Nice to have
If you master Typescript.
If you master Vue3 and the Composition API (composables).
If you have at least 3 years of experience in digital products (SaaS or similar)
You have UI / UX experience.
Knowledge of Tailwind CSS
Experience in agile frameworks and project management software such as Jira, Clickup, confluence, etc.
What you'll get
We will accompany your growth in the company so that over time you also take on more responsibilities, such as reviewing colleagues' code.
Salary range: 40,000-50,000 €/year depending on candidate value + benefits
About the company & team
During the first weeks, you will receive various training sessions regarding both the project and the product, and you will do pair-programming to get started on the project.
In the first months, you will focus on learning and developing features for the vertical corresponding to your squad, previously refined by a tech lead, while you continue to get to know every corner of the project.
Once you feel more confident and knowledgeable about the project, you will begin to refine and estimate your own tasks, under the supervision of a tech lead, and contribute your ideas in team meetings.
When you are established in the company, you will contribute your ideas in pre-sprint meetings and create, refine, and estimate the tasks for your squad's sprint.
